Tentaru

TENSHO was the first company to introduce plastic containers, which replaced the easy-rotting wooden barrels used in pickle and fishing industries.

Tensert racks

“Tensert racks” are transport racks for electric printed-circuit boards, most suitable for FA lines.
TENSHO has developed a unique mixture of resin and special conductive carbon, which prevents electrostatic discharge, as well as dust accumulation due to static electrical charges, suitable for all fragile electric components.
Different size of boards is not a problem, because our racks are flexibly adjustable.

The molding techniques to raise and lower the mold temperature instantaneously minimizes defects in appearance, such as weld marks and flow marks, improves resin moldability, creates products with high gloss and a more beautiful grain texture, and enhances the appearance without applying paint. The combined use of these techniques and special molding techniques of injection compression molding and gas-assisted molding reduces defects in molded parts, such as shrink marks and warpage, and maintains high appearance quality.
