We provide the best proposals for each process, from the selection of resin to modeling and analysis, as well as processes using cutting-edge technologies and computers in unique ways to satisfy customers.

Design

Products are designed in consideration of production efficiency with minimum waste based on the evaluation of mockups and examinations of the mold structure and functions. This is done by making full use of computer aided engineering (CAE) and CAD.

Analysis

One of our technologies of which we are proud of is the technology for analysis using CAE. The flow, cooling and contraction of a product are analyzed with a computer using a product model created with 3D CAD. A prototype of the product will be made after examining the 3D model thoroughly from all viewpoints.

Selection of Material

If you would like to change from ferrous metal or nonferrous metal to resin, we will select the optimal resin that achieves high cost performance and superior moldability without compromising the original functionality and quality. Optimal proposals are provided quickly in consideration of the balance between the material and design or material and a production line by examining various materials, the development of a new polymer, and the use of a polymer alloy.
